格隆匯7月26日丨洢人壹方控股(08305.HK)公吿,根據對集團截至2024年6月30日止六個未經審核綜合管理賬目及董事會現有可得的資料初步審閲,集團與截至2023年6月30日止綜合虧損約1.5千萬港元相比,預期轉虧為盈,於報吿期間將錄得綜合盈利不少於0.5百萬港元。
預期報吿期間綜合盈利增加主要由於1)與去年同期1.0千萬商譽減值虧損相比,在報吿期間預期沒有商譽減值。2)由於公司推行的成本控制措施卓有成效,所以成本及行政開支減少。
