格隆匯7月26日丨均勝電子(600699.SH)公佈,2024年7月26日,公司控股子公司JSS HK與PAG簽署了《股份轉讓協議》,JSS
HK擬以2.83億美元或等值人民幣的價格受讓PAG所持有的JASH 8%的股份。本次交易完成後,JASH仍為公司控股子公司。
截至2023年末汽車安全全球四大業務區域均已實現盈利,同時,在新業務拓展策略的實施推動下,汽車安全業務不斷優化訂單結構和質量並持續保持強勁的新訂單獲取勢頭,2022年、2023年以及2024年第一季度新獲訂單金額分別為481億元、434億元和239億元。本次通過受讓PAG持有的JASH 8%股份,將進一步提升公司對汽車安全業務的最終持股比例,在增強公司對汽車安全業務的控制權的同時,有助於進一步提高公司盈利水平。
