摩根士丹利發表報吿指出,ASMPT次季業績遜預期,收入33.42億港元,較該行及市場預期高出4%與3%。純利1.35億港元,較該行及市場預期低出25%與34%。以中位數計,公司預期第三季收入按季跌6.4%,較該行及市場預期低出17%及20%。公司短期仍看好先進封裝前景,惟認為半導體主流業務需要更長時間復甦。
該行看好ASMPT不斷增長的先進封裝業務勢頭,維持對其“增持”評級,目標價為130港元。
