黔源電力(002039.SZ)：關聯方中標控股子公司新能源智慧生產管理平台差異化推廣應用項目
格隆匯7月23日丨黔源電力(002039.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司貴州北盤江電力股份有限公司“新能源智慧生產管理平台差異化推廣應用”（包含自動化平台、數字化平台、智能巡檢自研系統、動態安全防護關鍵技術應用示範等）項目採用單一來源方式進行採購，公司在履行相關程序後，確定國電南京自動化股份有限公司（簡稱國電南自）為中標單位，國電南自為公司控股股東中國華電集團有限公司的控股子公司，根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》有關規定，上述採購形成關聯交易，關聯交易金額為2859.90萬元。
公司控股子公司貴州北盤江電力股份有限公司“新能源智慧生產管理平台差異化推廣應用”（包含診斷預警、集中功率預測、智能檢修、技術監督、安全管理、備件管理、資產管理、培訓管理、兩票管理、實驗室管理等功能部署）項目採用單一來源方式進行採購，公司在履行相關程序後，確定華電電力科學研究院有限公司（簡稱電科院）為中標單位，電科院為公司控股股東中國華電集團有限公司的控股子公司，根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》有關規定，上述採購形成關聯交易，關聯交易金額為654.00萬元。
為保證設備和技術的一致性，公司控股子公司貴州北盤江電力股份有限公司“新能源智慧生產管理平台差異化推廣應用”項目的平台統一算力底座及場站智慧感知系統集成部署和新能源智慧生產管理平台系統集成部署2個通用軟硬件採購項目採用公開招標採購方式，確定國電南自為中標單位，國電南自為公司控股股東中國華電集團有限公司的控股子公司，根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》有關規定，上述採購形成關聯交易，關聯交易金額為587.60萬元。
可研報吿的評審由中國華電集團有限公司經濟技術諮詢分公司（簡稱技經中心）負責，技經中心為中國華電集團有限公司的分公司，根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》有關規定，上述採購形成關聯交易，關聯交易金額為40.00萬元。
