盛京銀行與鞍鋼集團簽署戰略合作協議
7月15日，盛京銀行與鞍鋼集團舉行戰略合作協議簽署儀式。鞍鋼集團黨委書記、董事長譚成旭，盛京銀行黨委書記、董事長孫進出席儀式。鞍鋼集團黨委常委、總會計師謝峯，盛京銀行黨委副書記、行長柳旭分別代表雙方簽署戰略合作協議。
鞍鋼集團表示，欣聞盛京銀行改革轉型取得突破性成果，鮮明提出"做一家惠企利民的好銀行"戰略願景，在踐行金融工作的政治性、人民性方面起到了很好的示範效應，值得鞍鋼集團學習和借鑑，並表示祝賀。本次戰略合作的達成，是鞍鋼集團首次與地方城商行結成戰略伙伴關係，意義重大：一是盛京銀行作為遼瀋地方法人機構，管理半徑短、決策流程高效，符合鞍鋼資本運營的需求。二是雙方同為在遼企業，肩負着東北振興、聚力攻堅的歷史使命，有着共同的目標。三是鞍鋼集團同盛京銀行有着相似的改革發展歷程，在發展創新中有着頗多共識，可以互幫互助、並肩向前。四是盛京銀行作為國內重要的城市商業銀行，經營管理團隊專業務實，是本次全面戰略合作的基礎和信心保障。

座談中雙方均表示，在過去的十餘年間鞍鋼集團同盛京銀行開展了深入廣泛的合作，在重要合作項目上展現出雙方卓越的專業能力和責任擔當。作為駐遼央企和遼瀋地方法人金融機構，雙方始終致力於攜手促進遼寧地區經濟發展與全面振興。本次簽約，是雙方開啟全面戰略合作的新起點。雙方將以此為契機，在原有良好合作的基礎上，積極探索互助共贏發展合作模式，共同搭建更加全面、系統、綜合的銀企戰略合作伙伴關係，攜手打造央地合作新標杆與銀企合作新典範，為構建具有遼寧特色優勢的現代化產業體系、加快發展新質生產力和推進新型工業化作出更大貢獻。
