格隆匯7月16日丨南京高科(600064.SH)公佈，2024年4-6月，公司房地產業務無新開工；竣工面積6.17萬平方米，權益竣工面積4.93萬平方米。2024年1-6月，公司房地產業務新開工面積5.16萬平方米，權益新開工面積3.72萬平方米；竣工面積6.17萬平方米，權益竣工面積4.93萬平方米。
2024年4-6月，公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積0.20萬平方米（商品房項目0.16萬平方米、經濟適用房項目0.04萬平方米），同比減少98.25%，實現權益合同銷售面積0.15萬平方米（商品房項目0.12萬平方米、經濟適用房項目0.03萬平方米），同比減少98.43%；實現合同銷售金額8,889.39萬元（商品住宅、車位等項目8,749.85萬元、經濟適用房項目139.54萬元），同比減少91.14%，實現權益合同銷售金額6,568.85萬元（商品住宅、車位等項目6,457.22萬元、經濟適用房項目111.63萬元），同比減少92.87%。
2024年1-6月，公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積0.27平方米（商品房項目0.23萬平方米、經濟適用房項目0.04萬平方米），同比減少98.92%，實現權益合同銷售面積0.19萬平方米（商品房項目0.16萬平方米、經濟適用房項目0.03萬平方米），同比減少99.07%；實現合同銷售金額12,306.69萬元（商品住宅、車位等項目12,167.15萬元、經濟適用房項目139.54萬元），同比減少92.91%，實現權益合同銷售金額8,864.47萬元（商品住宅、車位等項目8,752.84萬元、經濟適用房項目111.63萬元），同比減少94.12%。
2024年6月末，公司出租房地產總面積14.80萬平方米（商業綜合體2.59萬平方米、商業辦公樓2.58萬平方米、工業廠房9.63萬平方米）。2024年4-6月，公司房地產業務取得租金總收入1,784.77萬元（商業綜合體240.80萬元、商業辦公樓699.56萬元、工業廠房844.41萬元）。2024年1-6月，公司房地產業務取得租金總收入3,565.10萬元（商業綜合體485.25萬元、商業辦公樓1,390.98萬元、工業廠房1,688.87萬元）。上述商業綜合體出租面積及金額的公司權益佔比均為80%。
