天境生物(IMAB.US)宣佈任命傅唯為公司董事會主席
格隆匯7月15日丨天境生物(IMAB.US)今日宣佈，公司董事會已任命傅唯為公司董事會主席。傅唯接替了辭去I-Mab董事會及臨時董事長職務的Pamela M.Klein博士。自2018年6月起，傅唯一直擔任I-Mab董事會成員，同時擔任CBC集團的首席執行官，CBC集團是一家醫療資產管理公司，也是I-Mab的創始及最大股東。
此外，Raj Kannan計劃於2024年7月15日起辭去公司首席執行官職務，並不再擔任公司董事會成員。Kannan先生將作為公司顧問至2024年7月31日，以協助過渡。這一決定是在與董事會達成共識的基礎上做出的。Sean Xi-Yong Fu博士已於2024年7月15日起擔任公司臨時首席執行官及董事會成員。
Sean Fu博士除了擔任I-Mab的臨時首席執行官和董事外，還是生命科學公司孵化平台ABio-X的運營合夥人。加入ABio-X之前，Fu博士是mRNA平台公司RVACMedicines的聯合創始人兼首席執行官。在創立RVAC之前，Fu博士擔任魯南製藥國際研發的集團副總裁和負責人，監管波士頓、普林斯頓、德國、瑞士和日本的組織。他還曾是專注於DNA和RNA治療的魯南子公司GeneLeap的首席執行官。Fu博士曾在默克公司工作15年，負責研發、商業發展、財務和運營管理。他在默克的工作經歷包括管理晚期臨牀投資組合的財務，並在默克與先靈葆雅之間標誌性的420億美元合併後領導全球研發網絡的整合。Fu博士擁有俄亥俄州立大學材料科學與工程的碩士和博士學位，以及賓夕法尼亞大學沃頓商學院的MBA學位。
