大行評級|傑富瑞:上調京東物流次季盈測 目標價為11.2港元
傑富瑞發表研報指,考慮到京東物流最新業務發展,以及維持對綜合物業供應鏈業務收入預期不變,相應將今年第二季非國際財務報吿準則淨利潤預測從10.5億元,上調至12.5億元。該行對京東物流第二季收入預測為按年增長7%至約438億元。由於第三方客户數量增長、規模經濟以及效率提升等因素利好,該行預測第二季公司毛利率可提升至8.8%,非國際財務報吿準則淨利潤率料升至2.8%。因應京東物流持續加強在各主要垂直行業的供應鏈能力,該行維持其“買入”評級,目標價為11.2港元。
