浦東建設(600284.SH):擬與關聯方盛世申金及其三家全資子公司簽署《委託經營管理協議》
格隆匯7月11日丨浦東建設(600284.SH)公佈,為積極參與浦東新區城市更新和區域綜合開發,充分發揮公司在設計、施工、園區運營等業務上的協同優勢,探索打造精品示範項目,經友好協商,公司擬與公司關聯方盛世申金及其三家全資子公司簽署《委託經營管理協議》,約定由公司對盛世申金及其三家全資子公司持有的浦發上城項目進行日常經營事項的管理,委託管理的期限為3年,按2,000萬元/年收取託管費。
