格隆匯7月10日丨滄州明珠(002108.SZ)在投資者互動平台表示，公司燃氣管道下游客户主要為燃氣運營商，燃氣運營商採購產品後根據其相關項目進行建設。公司從事PE管道生產和經營20餘年，目前管道事業部有生產中心和銷售中心，管理團隊穩定，且經驗豐富。
公司管道產品的主要競爭優勢：（1）生產設備先進。PE管材的生產線均是巴頓、克勞斯瑪菲設備，米重控制系統、超聲波測厚檢測系統、管件的集中供料系統等都是行業先進配置，硬件設備的先進保證了產品質量的穩定性；（2）產品配套齊全，PE管材、管件、閥門及鋼轉全部自主生產，不僅兼容性好，而且能為客户提供採購一站式服務；（3）目前有三個生產基地，佈局合理，輻射全國，運輸成本低，送貨時效快；（4）產品技術研發、高端客户的技術交流及參與行業標準的起草，對於產品的技術升級以及提升企業影響力都起到非常重要的作用；（5）PE管件生產線近年來一直推進信息化工作。生產數據管理系統、生產過程集中監控以及智慧倉儲三大平台，實現了從原料到產品、從計劃到彙報再到品質管理的生產過程全信息化管理。公司的RTP管（熱塑性增強塑料管）是公司在PE管道產品基礎上自主研發的一類產品。產品能夠用於油田地面集輸，油田注水和採油，高壓注醇，礦漿輸送，中深層地熱能開採，化工介質及滷水輸送和海洋管道、立管及跨接管等領域。產品具有耐腐蝕、耐高壓、耐温保温、水力性好、剛柔並濟。可盤卷、綜合成本低、使用壽命長等優勢。該產品已經在多個油田試用並實現小批量供貨。產品還可以根據需求在管體內部埋置信號或動力傳輸線，利用傳感器將井下壓力、温度和動液麪數據、泵機組運行參數，地面壓力，温度和流量參數，遠傳至數據分析管控中心，通過系統將分析處理結果發至相關終端進行實時監控及數字化管理。從而實現井場注、採、輸智能化。
