開開實業(600272.SH):子公司雷西公司擬簽訂房屋徵收補償協議
格隆匯7月9日丨開開實業(600272.SH)公佈,上海市靜安區人民政府因“靜安區萬航渡路249弄、延平路零星舊城區改建項目”作出《上海市靜安區人民政府房屋徵收決定》(滬靜府房徵<2024>1號)。全資子公司上海雷允上藥業西區有限公司(以下簡稱:“雷西公司”)位於康定路903號產權非居住房屋(認定建築面積22.65平方米)被納入此次零星舊改項目房屋徵收範圍。經與上海市靜安第三房屋徵收服務事務所有限公司多次協商,雷西公司擬與房屋徵收單位、房屋徵收實施單位簽訂《上海市國有土地上房屋徵收補償協議》(以下簡稱:“補償協議”)。根據擬簽訂的補償協議,雷西公司可獲得上述房屋的徵收補償款及其他各類補貼、獎勵費用合計為人民幣3,639,290元。
