正和生態(605069.SH)：預計半年度淨虧損2000萬元-3000萬元
格隆匯7月9日丨正和生態(605069.SH)公佈，經財務部門初步測算，預計2024年半年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為-3,000萬元到-2,000萬元。預計2024年半年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為-3,000萬元到-2,000萬元。
報吿期內，公司全力推進應收賬款回收工作，重點項目-荊州項目、唐山項目、太原項目的應收賬款回收工作取得突破性進展。截至目前，公司2024年全口徑回款額達到3.82億元，較去年同期增長41.46%，衝回減值損失1.2億元，為公司的利潤及現金流增長提供了有力支持。但由於地方政府財政收入下降，部分款項的支付進度滯後，其中，太原晉陽湖項目應收賬款2.38億元，計提減值損失2.02億元，計提比例為85%；目前，太原市政府已於5月支付4,400萬元，但原定於6月償還的工程款6,690萬元推遲至7月完成支付，對2024年半年度利潤造成一定影響，該項目的後續回款將衝回減值準備，對2024年全年的利潤有積極影響。
公司今年聚焦北京市場，大力拓展生態型水利基礎設施建設和城市濱水空間運營業務。其中生態型水利基礎設施業務，公司已與地方國企北京金河水務建設集團有限公司簽署戰略合作協議，高效組成聯合體中標西玉河蓄滯洪區建設項目；並與中交疏浚合作開拓其他區域市場。同時，公司積極打造城市濱水空間運營業務的核心競爭力，突出運用“科技+生態+低碳”技術優勢，從策劃規劃設計入手開拓海淀、通州、朝陽等區城市濱水客廳業務，但因這些項目週期較長，將在2024年及2025年陸續轉化為收入，併為公司帶來可持續的經營收益。公司經營管理團隊基於目前的數據預測，有信心完成2024年全年經營預算，實現營業收入6-8億元，回款8-10億元，淨利潤0.6-0.8億元，全年扭虧為盈的目標。
