聞泰科技半年度業績預盈利1.3億元至1.95億元，半導體業務Q2收入及綜合毛利率環比改善
7月9日，聞泰科技(600745.SH)發佈2024半年度業績預吿。業績預吿顯示，公司預計2024年上半年實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤13,000萬元到19,500萬元，與上年同期(追溯調整後的財務數據)相比，將減少105,613萬元到112,113萬元，同比減少84%到90%。扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤虧損10,000萬元至15,000萬元，與上年同期(追溯調整後的財務數據)相比，將減少127,565萬元到132,565萬元。
公吿指出，本期業績變動的主要原因系：
半導體板塊受行業週期性影響，2024年上半年半導體業務的收入及綜合毛利率同比下降。從2024年第二季度來看，受部分市場需求回暖及公司降本增效等因素影響，半導體業務收入及綜合毛利率相較於2024年第一季度環比改善。
對於產品集成業務板塊，公司積極開拓海外大客户新項目及家電、汽車等客户，2024年上半年產品集成業務營業收入同比增長，奠定了良好的客户基礎。受新項目價格較低、部分原材料升價以及工廠人力成本上升等因素影響，2024年上半年產品集成業務綜合毛利率同比下降。從2024年第二季度來看，海外大客户需求改善，產品集成業務收入環比增長。部分低毛利項目因市場需求增加，導致產品集成業務綜合毛利率階段性環比下降。公司已積極與客户溝通協商，同時積極採取各種降本增效措施，相關效果主要體現在第三季度。
