長江電力續創歷史新高，電力ETF午後拉昇
今日A股紅利資產全線反彈，長江電力午後繼續拉昇，現升2.25%，股價繼續創歷史新高；陝西煤業、中國海油、中國神華、中國移動、工商銀行等跟升。
ETF方面，電力ETF霸屏升幅榜，電力ETF南方、銀華基金電力指數ETF、廣發基金電力ETF、華泰柏瑞基金電力ETF等均升超1%。
消息面上，6月全球氣温再刷最熱紀錄，有科學家稱2024年很可能成為有記錄以來最熱的一年。一些科學家指出，最新數據表明，2024年很可能會超過2023年，成為有記錄以來最熱的一年，因為人類造成的氣候變化和此前厄爾尼諾等自然現象，都在將今年的氣温進一步推向了歷史最高。
根據國家氣候中心提供的數據顯示，6月，我國最高氣温≥35℃的平均高温日共有2.6天，比常年同期偏多0.9天，為1961年以來歷史同期第四多。7月華東、華中、華南地區持續高温天氣。
瑞銀髮表報吿指，基於更高的電力需求增長假設，2024至2026年間從5.2%增長到7.5%，而市場預期為7%，加上估值重估，預計內地電力股股價將進一步上升。而潛在的電力改革是推動股價上升的另一個關鍵因素，其中可能包括居民用電價格上升。
電力改革有望助推行業優勢持續。國家發改委近日印發的《電力市場運行基本規則》於7月1日起正式施行。國金證券認為，深化電力體制改革的核心在於破除電力市場化進程中的體制機制阻礙，持續落實“管住中間，放開兩頭”的改革精神，利好電網智能化建設與電力市場化業務。
長江電力公吿，根據公司初步統計，2024年上半年，公司境內所屬六座梯級電站總髮電量約1206.18億千瓦時，較上年同期增加16.86%。其中，2024年第二季度公司境內所屬六座梯級電站總髮電量約678.71億千瓦時，較上年同期增加42.54%。
瑞銀報吿還指出，雖然內地電力股股價年初以來強勁上升33%至78%，但仍然看好股價表現，因具強勁的基本面因素，包括結構性電力需求增長和潛在的居民電價上升，目前只部分反映在股價上。
目前A股的主要有電力ETF和綠電ETF，前者跟蹤的指數名稱為中證全指電力指數，後者跟蹤的是綠色電力。
中證指數官網顯示，中證綠色電力指數選取業務涉及光伏發電、風電、水電等綠色電力領域的50只上市公司證券作為指數樣本，以反映綠色電力領域上市公司證券的整體表現。
其實兩者的前十權重股的重合度達到了90%，就連集中度也都是60%的水平。成分股僅有一隻不同，分別是中國廣核和華能水電。
從規模來看，截止發稿，規模最大的是廣發基金電力ETF，最新規模為22.41億元，跟蹤指數名稱為中證全指電力指數。
