海鷗股份(603269.SH):子公司擬對TCT增資5000萬林吉特
格隆匯7月3日丨海鷗股份(603269.SH)公佈,TCT為公司全資子公司海鷗亞太的全資子公司,為了擴大TCT在馬來西亞經營規模,海鷗亞太擬以自有資金對TCT增資5,000萬林吉特(約合人民幣7,547.40萬元),在本次增資前TCT註冊資本為160萬林吉特(約合人民幣241.52萬元),本次增資後TCT註冊資本為5,160萬林吉特(約合人民幣7,788.92萬元)。本次TCT增加註冊資本後,海鷗亞太持股比例保持不變,仍為持股100%。
