濱海投資(02886.HK):控股股東選擇代息股份方式收取2023年末期股息
格隆匯7月2日丨濱海投資(02886.HK)公佈,公司董事會接獲天津泰達投資控股有限公司("天津泰達")通知,其透過泰達香港置業有限公司("泰達香港")、Santa Resources Limited及Leader Top Investments Limited選擇以代息股份方式收取2023年末期股息。受限於《公司收購及合併守則》規則26.1,天津泰達選擇以代息股份方式收取末期股息的有關股份數佔其所持公司股份數約為89%。
