格隆匯6月28日丨嘉藝控股(01025.HK)公吿,截至2024年3月31日止年度,集團錄得收益約5430萬港元,同比減少約24.3%。年內虧損約為2440萬港元(2023年:約3130萬港元)。每股基本及攤薄虧損約為2.9港仙(2023年:3.7港仙)。董事會不建議派付末期股息(2023年:無)。
中美貿易糾紛綿延不斷,關税實施,政局緊張,環球經濟持續不明朗,令集團持續面對艱難的營商環境。由於集團收益大部分來自美國客户,故以上種種因素令整體業務表現受到一定程度影響。
