格隆匯6月28日丨泛海酒店(00292.HK)發佈公吿,截至2024年3月31日止年度,實現收入8.91億港元,同比減少4%;酒店業務的盈利貢獻為1.8億港元,同比增加362%;股東應占虧損22.5億港元,上年同期股東應占虧損2.13億港元;基本每股虧損1.12港元。
截至2024年3月31日止財政年度,集團錄得股東應占虧損22.5億港元。虧損增加的主要因素為債務證券投資的預期信貸虧損撥備增加。該撥備為非現金項目,不會直接影響集團的現金流量。
