鑫鉑股份(003038.SZ)：擬設立合資公司華新風力、新鑫風力、新鉑風力、國能(天長)
格隆匯6月27日丨鑫鉑股份(003038.SZ)公佈，公司擬與安徽省新能創業投資有限責任公司(以下簡稱“新能投資”)、華電新能源集團股份有限公司安徽分公司(以下簡稱“華電安徽分公司”)簽署《天長市風電場項目開發合作協議》，共同出資設立天長市華新風力發電有限公司(暫定名，以公司登記機關核准登記的名稱為準，以下簡稱“華新風力”)，註冊資本100萬元，其中新能投資出資35%，華電安徽分公司出資35%，公司出資30%，合作開發天長市風電場項目。
公司擬與安徽省新能創業投資有限責任公司(以下簡稱“新能投資”)簽署《天長市風電場項目開發合作協議》，共同出資設立天長市新鑫風力發電有限公司(暫定名，以公司登記機關核准登記的名稱為準，以下簡稱“新鑫風力”)、天長市新鉑風力發電有限公司(暫定名，以公司登記機關核准登記的名稱為準，以下簡稱“新鉑風力”)，註冊資本分別為100萬元，其中新能投資出資50%，公司出資50%，合作開發天長市風電場項目。
公司擬與國能安徽新能源投資開發有限責任公司(以下簡稱“國能安徽新能源”)簽署《關於為開發建設滁州市天長風力發電項目設立項目公司的投資協議書》，共同出資設立國能(天長)新能源有限責任公司(暫定名，以公司登記機關核准登記的名稱為準，以下簡稱“國能(天長)”)，註冊資本為1,000萬元，其中國能安徽新能源出資51%，公司出資49%，合作開發天長市風電發電項目。
本次對外投資有助於建立並深化與安徽省新能創業投資有限責任公司、華電新能源集團股份有限公司安徽分公司和國能安徽新能源投資開發有限責任公司在新能源領域的合作，充分發揮和利用雙方在各自領域的領先優勢和資源，實現在新能源等項目上的強強聯合、優勢互補和合作共贏，提升公司在風電新能源領域的競爭力，進一步夯實公司新能源業務。
