80後創業做協作機器人，深創投、中網投入股，越疆科技赴港上市
格隆匯獲悉，近日，深圳市越疆科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱“越疆科技”）向港交所遞交上市申請，為一家尋求根據上市規則第十八C章在聯交所主板上市的特專科技公司，聯席保薦人為國泰君安國際、農銀國際。
招股書顯示，越疆科技成立於2015年，總部位於深圳，公司主要從事協作機器人的設計、開發、製造及商業化。
協作機器人指具有可操作性機械臂的機器人，用於在共享空間或人類與機器人近距離操作時進行直接的人機交互或協作，使用協作機器人有助於提高生產率、靈活度及質量。越疆科技已推出4個系列共27款協作機器人型號，可滿足製造、零售、醫療健康、STEAM教育、科研等領域使用場景。

據灼識諮詢報吿，按2023年的出貨量來算，越疆科技在全球協作機器人行業中排名前二，並在中國所有協作機器人公司中排名第一，全球市場份額為13%。
同時，公司還是全球行業中少數擁有覆蓋協作機器人開發整個環節的自有全棧技術的參與者之一，此技術包括協作機器人設計與製造、關鍵部件開發、控制系統開發、關鍵算法制定與迭代、針對不同任務的多功能協作機器人部署以及AI功能開發。
越疆科技的創始人劉培超今年37歲，他於2011年6月獲得山東大學機械設計製造及其自動化學士學位，並在2014年6月進一步獲得山東大學機械工程碩士學位。劉培超在2015年7月開始擔任越疆科技執行董事兼總經理。
股權結構方面，截至最後可行日期，劉培超控制越疆科技股東大會31.08%的投票權，為公司控股股東。同時，深創投、松禾成長、中網投、中金祺智等均為公司股東。
值得注意的是，由於公司的協作機器人產品正處於商業化的相對早期階段，越疆科技自成立以來錄得淨虧損，並預計未來仍將繼續產生淨虧損。
2021年、2022年、2023年，越疆科技的收入分別約1.74億元、2.41億元、2.87億元，對應的年內虧損分別約0.42億元、0.52億元、1.03億元，儘管公司的收入呈增長趨勢，但虧損卻在持續增加。

2021年、2022年、2023年，越疆科技的毛利率分別為50.5%、40.8%、43.5%，存在一定波動。
具體來看，2021年至2023年，越疆科技的收入主要來源於六軸協作機器人、四軸協作機器人、複合機器人等產品，其中六軸協作機器人的收入佔比呈上升趨勢，四軸協作機器人的收入佔比有所下降。

本次申請上市，越疆科技擬募集資金用於智能協作機器人的尖端技術開發；生產線及製造能力開發；用於戰略聯盟、投資及收購機會；建設海外銷售渠道；營運資金及其他一般企業用途。
