中國水務(00855.HK)公佈年度業績:純利跌17.4%至15.34億港元,末期息每股15港仙
格隆匯6月27日丨中國水務(00855.HK)公佈,截至2024年3月31日止年度,集團錄得收益港幣128.58億元,較去年所錄得港幣141.95億元減少9.4%。集團錄得毛利為港幣47.76億元,較去年之港幣53.46億元減少10.7%。於回顧年度,集團錄得公司擁有人應占年度溢利港幣15.34億元,較去年的港幣18.57億元減少17.4%。年度每股基本盈利減少17.5%至港幣0.94元。
董事建議派發末期股息每股普通股港幣15仙,待於公司即將於2024年9月6日(星期五)舉行之股東周年大會上獲股東批准後,末期股息將於2024年11月15日(星期五)或相近日子派發予於2024年9月27日(星期五)名列股東名冊的股東。
