揚州連鎖超市宏信向港交所提交上市申請
格隆匯6月27日丨6月26日，江蘇宏信超市連鎖股份有限公司(宏信超市)向港交所主板提交上市申請，綽耀資本為其獨家保薦人。
公司為一家總部設於揚州的馳名超市及便利店連鎖運營商，以宏信龍品牌經營零售業務及批發業務。根據行業報吿，按銷售額計，公司於2023年在揚州超市運營商中排名第二，市場份額為9.1%，及按銷售額計，公司於2023年在江蘇中部地區的超市運營商中排名第五，市場份額為2.3%。於最後可行日期，公司在江蘇省經營51間超市及109間便利店，其中49間超市及108間便利店位於揚州市，兩間超市及一間便利店位於泰州市。除超市及便利店外，公司亦於揚州經營兩個商城，即江都商城及宏信龍購物中心。
招股書顯示，2021年-2023年公司營收分別達到14.32億元、13.29億元及14.02億元人民幣;同期年內溢利分別為3508.0萬元、5106.5萬元、5160.2萬元。
公司零售業務及銷售的客户主要由一般銷售客户及大宗銷售客户組成。一般銷售客户主要為個人，通常是居住在社區內的當地居民，彼等親臨來公司的零售店鋪或商城購物消費。大宗銷售客户包括採購大量產品的企業及政府實體。公司的批發業務客户為經銷商及其他零售經營者，包括其他超市及便利店經營者以及餐飲業經營者。公司的批發業務客户主要包括經銷商及其他零售經營者，包括其他超市及便利店經營者以及餐飲業經營者。公司餐食業務的客户為當地企業、學校或政府實體。於2021財年、2022財年及2023財年各年，公司最大的客户於公司總收益中所佔百分比分別約為5.7%、12.4%及16.2%，而公司的五大客户於公司總收益中所佔百分比合計分別約為18.8%、26.8%及31.8%。
公吿顯示，此次募集資金將用於開設新零售店；將建立新配送中心；建立新的中央廚房；及增強我們的ERP系統及基礎設施系統，以提高我們的運營效率。
