A1：在新能源動力電池領域，公司結合市場趨勢和客户需求，推出超聲波除塵系統、激光焊接質量監控系統、納米材料超聲波爆破分散機等新產品，滿足頭部客户對提升產品品質的更高要求，不斷提升鞏固公司綜合競爭力。
Q2.公司目前在線束領域有哪些客户？市場規模情況如何？
A2：在線束領域，目前公司積累了泰科電子、安波福、安費諾、比亞迪、中航光電、滬光股份、均勝電子、華豐科技、永貴電器、捷翼股份、天海電器等知名客户。隨着高壓、快充等應用場景增加，大線徑線束等對超聲設備功率的要求越來越高，公司推出的超聲焊接設備能夠實現對185平方毫米以上線徑的銅鋁線焊接，有效滿足高低壓線束、充電樁、儲能場景等應用需要。公司超聲波線束焊接設備以熔合強度高、焊接後導電性好、快速、節能等顯著優勢，正在快速搶佔新能源汽車高低壓線束、充電樁、儲能場景等應用市場，公司在線束領域的業務有較好的發展前景。

A3：半導體領域，公司主要競爭對手為美國K&S、ASMPT等知名企業。在半導體領域公司積極引進專業人才，並在新產品、新技術等方面加大研發投入，不斷提升公司核心競爭力。
Q4.公司在半導體領域最近有什麼進展？
A4：公司在半導體領域已推出了超聲波引線鍵合設備、IGBT端子超聲波焊接設備、Pin針超聲波焊接設備、超聲波掃描顯微鏡等產品的整體解決方案，並持續在先進封裝領域加大研發力度和研發投入。
Q5.目前公司在先進封裝領域的產品有哪些？
A5：公司超聲波掃描顯微鏡(C-SAM/SAT)廣泛應用於半導體晶圓、芯片、2.5D/3D封裝、IGBT模塊/SiC器件、基板(陶瓷DBC/金屬板AMB)等產品的檢測，在半導體先進封裝工藝流程中起着重要的作用。公司在先進封裝領域佈局的其他產品研發也在有序推進中，在該領域進口設備佔有較高市場份額，核心設備國產化率較低，市場空間廣闊，公司積極進行技術和業務佈局，為業務長期發展打下堅實基礎。
