楊金金調研皖能電力
5月31日，皖能電力被機構調研，交銀施羅德楊金金現身。近半年數據顯示，楊金金在管基金中，交銀趨勢、交銀啟誠混合、交銀瑞元三年定開混合持有該股票。截至目前，楊金金在管基金規模為106.81億元。

權益基金新發份額僅佔17%
據Wind統計數據，截至6月18日，今年以來，公募基金髮行份額總計6037.73億份，其中權益基金合計1011.97億份、佔比僅17%。值得關注的是，6月以來，至少有4只權益基金髮布了延長募集期的公吿。
銀行收緊公募基金銷售合規性要求
近日，招商銀行、交通銀行等商業銀行紛紛收緊公募基金超風險評級銷售，對於風險承受能力不適配的基金購買行為提示風險。還有銀行在線上渠道銷售公募基金時，增加“錄音、錄像”功能，並禁止向65歲及以上投資者超風險銷售公募基金。
安聯基金在上海揭牌
6月19日，安聯基金在上海舉行揭牌儀式。據悉，安聯基金今年4月正式獲得監管核發的《經營證券期貨業務許可證》，成為國內首家德國外商獨資公募基金管理公司。
今年150名基金經理離任
Wind數據顯示，截至6月19日，今年以來新上任的基金經理共有264名，離任的基金經理也達150名之多，保持在歷史高位。從近兩年的基金經理變動來看，除了尋找更好的職業發展等個人原因之外，基金公司業務調整、考核不過關、內部工作調動等也是變動的主要原因。
大V攜產品加盟百億私募海南希瓦
6月18日，知名百億私募大V梁宏發文稱：“熱烈歡迎@DAVID自由之路加入希瓦大家庭。”擁有超45萬粉絲的徐大為（即“DAVID自由之路”）表示，現在私募的運營成本越來越高，市場環境有利於大私募，不利於小私募。他同時強調，自由之路基金加入海南希瓦，和雪球的代銷關係保持不變，未來大家合作共贏，共同成長。
目前海南希瓦旗下的產品列表裏，已經出現了由徐大為擔任基金經理的“希瓦自由之路1號”等產品。海南希瓦是業內知名的百億私募，公司成立於2014年12月，實際控制人梁宏曾從事美股職業交易員6年。
59歲券業老將創辦私募
中國基金業協會最新備案登記信息顯示，一家名為“上海釔遠私募基金管理有限公司”的私募於近期成立，法定代表人及實控人是楊玉成。楊玉成出生於1965年，今年已經59歲。他是一名券業老將，曾經擔任東方證券副總裁、上海證券總經理等職務。
多家機構停更私募業績週報
《私募證券投資基金運作指引》將於8月1日起正式實施，對私募基金的淨值披露提出了明確要求。其中，要求私募管理人不得向不存在私募證券投資基金銷售委託關係的機構或者個人提供基金淨值等業績相關信息。
受新規的影響，沒有簽署代銷協議的機構不得公佈私募業績，一些券商和第三方銷售渠道近期陸續停更了私募業績週報。也有頭部私募反饋，已有多家基金銷售機構緊急與該公司簽署代銷協議，以滿足新規展示業績的要求。
