開開實業(600272.SH):定增獲得市國資委批覆
格隆匯6月11日丨開開實業(600272.SH)公佈,近日,公司收到上海市國有資產監督管理委員會(以下簡稱:“市國資委”)出具的《市國資委關於上海開開實業股份有限公司向特定對象發行A股股票有關問題的批覆》(滬國資委產權〔2024〕122號)。市國資委對公司本次向特定對象發行A股股票進行了批覆,主要內容如下:
原則同意上海開開實業股份有限公司董事會提出的向上海開開(集團)有限公司(SS)發行2,520萬股A股股票,募集資金總額不超過20,588.4萬元(含本數)的方案。
