隆基綠能(601012.SH)：越南電池工廠臨時性停產對公司整體經營業績影響較小
格隆匯6月7日丨隆基綠能(601012.SH)公佈，有相關報道提及公司東南亞產線關停及融資等事項。為便於投資者瞭解相關情況，現將具體事項説明如下：
對於部分媒體提及的“公司在馬來西亞的組件廠，本週開始逐步關停；隆基在越南電池片工廠的五條產線，也已全部停工”。經核實，公司在馬來西亞佈局了硅棒、硅片、電池和組件產能，目前工廠均處於生產狀態。公司在越南佈局了電池和組件產能，其中越南組件工廠目前處於生產狀態；越南電池工廠因市場原因臨時性停產，後續將根據市場情況進行評估和決策，鑑於2023年公司越南電池產能佔公司電池總產能比例小於10%，且2023年越南基地對外收入佔公司總收入比例小於3%，因此越南電池工廠臨時性停產對公司整體經營業績影響較小。
截止2023年12月末，公司貨幣資金餘額570.01億元，其中募集資金47.76億元，用於保證金的受限資金25.79億元，合計約73.55億元，其他留存資金系因公司業務規模較大，需要保持日常生產經營所需的支付各類款項的流動資金。截至2023年末，公司應付賬款和應付票據410.89億元、其他應付款142.34億元（主要為應付設備款及工程款），另有其他資本項目支出，因此公司保有的貨幣資金規模與日常經營所需情況相匹配，不存在大額資金長期閒置的情形。
公司啟動不超過人民幣100億元公司債券（非可轉債）項目主要用於先進產能投資，公司已於近期發佈了BC新產品，受到了客户的廣泛關注，市場反應良好，本次公司債券募集資金擬用於“泰睿”硅片、BC二代電池等先進產能建設等，通過新技術加速實現BC等新技術的產業迭代，進一步提升公司競爭力，推2動行業技術進步和高質量發展。本次公司債券擬在獲得中國證監會註冊登記後二十四個月有效期內分期發行，實際融資金額和實施進度存在不確定性，公司將根據資金實際需求情況審慎確定具體融資金額。
公司進行現金管理的目的主要是為了提高資金使用效率，將部分短期內無需對外支付的自有資金用於短期理財，從而降低財務費用，提高資金收益和股東回報。公司第五屆董事會2023年第十四次會議審議通過了《關於2024年使用自有資金進行委託理財的議案》，同意公司及子公司2024年使用自有資金購買商業銀行的理財產品單日最高餘額上限為200億元（詳見公司於2023年12月7日披露的相關公吿）。該上限額度主要是在預留一定短期營運資金的情況下，結合未來應付款項的結算進度確定。公司2023年實際購買的理財產品全部為期限三個月以內的短期結構性存款理財產品。公司本次將2024年自有資金委託理財的單日最高餘額上限由200億元增加至300億元，主要是因為部分存款協議條款變化，將部分原以銀行存款等方式存放的自有貨幣資金調整分類為委託理財產品，系現金管理的分類調整所致，實際並未新增現金管理的金額。本次公司調增理財額度與擬發行公司債券募集資金無關。
