大華繼顯發表研究報吿指,港樓一手成交正在冷卻的情況屬預期之內,樓價或會受到內地流動性改善和接下來的租賃旺季所支撐,料物業價格短期下行風險有限。該行將繼續關注政策對地產商的影響,首選新地及九龍倉置業。
大華繼顯表示,香港最新的零售數據跌幅超過預期。不過,該行預計5月零售額按年降幅將小幅收窄,數據惡化或會引發來自進一步的政策支持,如加大旅客免税額。另外,該行認為減息將成為香港房地產行業的主要催化劑。
