“AI大神”戴文淵寄語00 後：別走尋常路，要自我不要媚俗！
近日，“AI大神”、第四範式公司創始人、CEO戴文淵做客格隆匯高端訪談《格隆博士會客廳》。
戴文淵，是一位出生於古城蘇州的80後。本碩連讀畢業於上海交通大學，博士畢業於香港科技大學，師從華人界首位國際AI協會院士——楊強教授。
他曾就職於百度，是當時最年輕的百度高級科學家，獲得了百萬美金的百度最高獎。到華為後，擔任華為諾亞方舟實驗室的主任科學家，還獲得華為總裁獎。
在離開百度、華為之後，31歲的戴文淵創立了第四範式，在他40歲的時候，公司成功上市。
可以説，戴文淵是集智慧與財富於一身。在與格隆的對話中，戴文淵談到並沒有覺得自己實現財務自由。很多時候遺憾都是自找的，那些沒有得到的東西，其實都是身外之物。年輕人應該有更堅定的信念：不要去走那個尋常的路，要走自己的路。

三十而立，四十而不惑。
今年剛剛 41 歲的戴文淵，在非常年輕的年紀就取得了當下的成就。站在當下時點，對於人生是否有遺憾的地方，戴文淵稱，自己很少去思考遺憾。
他認為很多時候遺憾都是自己給自己找的，如果每天思考自己有什麼遺憾，就一定會有很多遺憾。
如果每天去思考創造怎樣的價值並且去做，可能也就沒有遺憾了。
其實，很多事情都可以積極的看待，也可以消極的看待。如果一定要説自己有什麼遺憾，那可以找到很多。
比如，中學比賽沒比好失去了參拿國際奧賽金牌的機會。那算不算是遺憾？可能也是，但是這看你怎麼去想。
如果積極的看，這裏面能得到很多寶貴的財富。諸如自己能力得到提升、可以給社會貢獻更多的價值。
至於那些沒有得到的東西，其實都是身外之物。
對於享受人生的理解，戴文淵表示，不是説躺平了才是享受，每天都朝着目標在往前走，這也挺享受人生的。
在訪談中，戴文淵稱，改變他人生軌跡最大的事就是聽到圖靈獎的獲得者Jim gray的四個範式的演講。
其中，演講提到的科學發展四個範式，定義了未來科學發展會到第四個階段。這個對他留下很深的“烙印”。
包括後面做所有的 AI 的事情，他認為其實都是在踐行這個第四範式的方法論。
不走尋常路，走自己的路
在經濟形勢不那麼振奮的當下，戴文淵在寄語當下的00 後們時表示，他們接受的教育資源環境，遠遠好於自己那個時候。
他們生在了更好的年代，所以應該有更堅定的信念：不要去走那個尋常的路，要走自己的路。
比如現在很多人問，要不要學人工智能？包括周圍朋友也説能不能推薦一些地方讓小孩去學人工智能。
然後戴文淵就問，是小孩要學人工智能，還是你要小孩學人工智能？
他覺得這個挺關鍵的：就是千萬不要功利，要遵循自己的想法，自己想要實現什麼樣的價值就去實現什麼樣的價值。
