泛亞環保(00556.HK)附屬與Power Meta就開發DR網絡訂立業務合作協議
泛亞環保(00556.HK)公吿，內容有關(其中包括)公司拓展Web3.0業務的業務更新。公司於美國設立附屬公司Pan Asia USA，發展Web3.0業務及AI業務，最初將重點關注分散式災難恢復存儲解決方案。
董事會欣然宣佈於2024年5月31日，公司的非全資附屬公司Pan Asia USA及Power Meta就(其中包括)開發DR網絡訂立業務合作協議。根據業務合作協議，Pan Asia USA負責向Power Meta提供最多1,820,000個Filecoin代幣(相當於約8180萬港元)，用作DR網絡的抵押品。
DR網絡為Web3.0分散式災難恢復存儲網絡，旨在提供基於分散式存儲的數據恢復解決方案。分散式儲存為一種基於區塊鏈的分散式網絡存儲解決方案，而非依賴單一集中實體。數據保存在分散式網絡的不同節點，而非單一機構控制的單一服務器，可確保數據傳播及防錯，從而提高安全性及可靠性。
DR網絡是分佈式及參與式網絡，數據和文件存儲在多個DR節點，以確保可靠性及安全性。根據業務合作協議，將建設最多28個DR節點，以支持DR網絡。每個DR節點的災難恢復存儲容量為1PiB(1PiB=約1,125,899千兆字節)。通過構建28個DR節點，DR網絡將創建最高28PiB的存儲容量。
DR網絡將利用IPFS及Filecoin網絡技術。IPFS是一個分散式系統，用於存儲及訪問文件、網站、應用程序和資料；Filecoin網絡是一個分散式存儲網絡，旨在將雲存儲變成一個演算法市場。
考慮到IPFS及Filecoin網絡的應用和重要性均呈上升趨勢，董事(包括獨立非執行董事)認為，儘管業務合作協議擬進行的交易並非在集團的日常及一般業務過程中進行，但該交易符合正常商業條款或更優條款且屬公平合理，符合集團及股東的整體利益。
