GmbH)(以註冊核准的名稱為準)(簡稱“德國合興科技”),預計投資金額不超過3,000萬歐元,其中註冊資本2.5萬歐元,由公司以自有資金/自籌資金出資。投資建設內容包括但不限於建造廠房及附屬設施、購置設備等相關事項,公司將根據投資項目建設實際進度分批支付投資款。
