佳雲科技(300242.SZ)：東莞信託第三次公開掛牌轉讓其對公司控股股東相關債權
格隆匯5月23日丨佳雲科技(300242.SZ)公佈，公司通過查詢深圳聯合產權交易所公開信息獲悉，公司控股股東深圳市一號倉佳速網絡有限公司(以下簡稱"控股股東"、"佳速網絡"或"債務人")的債權人東莞信託有限公司(以下簡稱"東莞信託")已第三次發起公開掛牌轉讓其"東莞信託宏信-佳兆業佳雲科技集合資金信託計劃"項下對佳速網絡的相關債權。第三次
掛牌具體情況如下：
1、標的資產名稱及金額：對深圳市一號倉佳速網絡有限公司的債權，總額為 774,474,721.81 元
2、掛牌公吿期：自公吿次日起 5 個工作日，掛牌期滿，如未徵集到意向受讓方，不延長期限，信息公吿到期自行終結
3、掛牌起止日期： 2024 年 5 月 23 日至 2024 年 5 月 29 日
4、掛牌金額：32,000.00 萬元
5、保證金金額：3,800 萬元
6、交易方式：掛牌有效期滿，只產生一個符合條件意向受讓方的，將按掛牌價與受讓方報價孰高原則直接簽約；產生兩個(含)以上符合條件意向受讓方的，將採取網絡競價方式。
7、標的資產涉及的保證、抵押、質押情況：
保證情況：佳兆業集團(深圳)有限公司提供連帶責任保證擔保；
抵押情況：東莞市佳兆業房地產開發有限公司提供其持有的位於東莞市沙田鎮輪渡路佳兆業碧海雲天項目 32 套商鋪、2 套高層住宅、20 個車位(建築面積合計為 5,040.77 平方米)作抵押擔保。
質押情況：債務人持有的佳雲科技 15.9825%股權(對應 10,141.9425 萬股股票)作質押擔保；深圳市佳兆業國際物聯商貿城有限公司提供債務人 100%股權作質押擔保。
8、本債權正在進行債權項下"佳雲科技"股票司法變賣，在本債權掛牌公吿期屆滿日 18:00 前，轉讓方東莞信託有限公司有權終止掛牌轉讓，向意向受讓方一次性無息原路返還已收取資金，並且不承擔相關責任。
