唯品會(VIPS.US)：唯品會一季度營收達276億元 Non-GAAP淨利潤同比增長24.8%
格隆匯5月22日丨唯品會(VIPS.US)公佈截至3月31日的2024年第一季度財報。財報顯示，唯品會第一季度總淨營收為276億元，同比增長0.4%。歸屬於唯品會股東的淨利潤為23億元，同比增長24.6%。不按美國通用會計準則(Non-GAAP)，歸屬於唯品會股東的淨利潤為26億元，同比增長24.8%。第一季度調整後每ADS收益 4.66元人民幣。
2024年第一季商品交易總額較上年同期上升8.0%至人民幣524億元，上年同期為人民幣485億元；活躍客户數量為4310萬，上年同期為4370萬；2024年第一季度總訂單為1.785億，上年同期為1.844億。
截至2024年3月31日，公司擁有現金及現金等價物和受限制現金246億元人民幣(34億美元)和短期投資29億元人民幣(4.029億美元)。
唯品會董事長兼首席執行官沈亞表示："第一季度，在經歷了強勁的開局之後，由於季節性需求比預期的要疲軟，業務增長勢頭有所放緩。儘管如此，服裝類別的銷售仍然表現突出，超級VIP會員數量實現了兩位數的增長。為了應對不斷變化的市場環境，我們繼續專注於增強長期實力的優先事項。我們通過滿足消費者偏好和加強差異化，不斷提升對消費者的吸引力，以持續提供出色的價值。雖然我們對近期的前景持謹慎態度，但我們有信心憑藉獨特的價值主張和堅實的業務基礎實現長期增長。"
唯品會首席財務官Mr. Mark Wang進一步評論道：“我們又錄得了一個季度的強勁利潤增長。由於高毛利類別和有紀律的運營，利潤率保持非常健康。此外，我們繼續實施股票回購計劃，作為我們向股東提供持續回報的長期承諾的一部分。展望未來，我們相信我們處於一個極佳的位置，能夠在保持良好盈利能力的同時抓住增長機會。”
股票回購計劃
截至2024年3月31日的季度內，公司在其當前有效的、總額達10億美元的股票回購計劃下，回購了價值1190萬美元的美國存託憑證(ADS)，該計劃有效期至2025年3月。公司承諾在2024年12月31日之前，回購約5億美元的美國存託憑證(ADS)。
業務展望
對於2024年第二季度，公司預計其總淨收入將在265億元人民幣至279億元人民幣之間，同比減少大約5%至0%。
