格隆匯5月7日丨海大集團(002311.SZ)公佈,2024年5月6日,公司收到中國證券登記結算有限責任公司深圳分公司出具的《證券過户登記確認書》,公司回購專用證券賬户中所持有的6,715,461股公司股票已於2024年4月30日以非交易過户的方式過户至公司開立的“廣東海大集團股份有限公司-2024年員工持股計劃”專用證券賬户,佔公司目前總股本的0.40%。本持股計劃的存續期為公吿最後一筆標的股票過户至本持股計劃名下之日起36個月。
