馬斯克再揮”鍘刀“，裁員新風暴又來！超充團隊連夜裁撤，特斯拉聞聲即崩
閃現中國後回去的第一天，馬斯克就揚起了裁員的”鍘刀“。
繼全球大裁員10%後不到兩週，特斯拉新一輪裁員風暴來了。
當地時間週二，馬斯克解僱了兩名特斯拉高管，以及裁掉了整個超級充電站團隊約500人，原因是他對銷量下降和裁員速度感到沮喪。
隨即，連升了兩天的特斯拉聞聲就崩了。週二美股收盤，特斯拉股價跌近6%報183.28美元。今年來，特斯拉累計下跌超25%。
馬斯克裁員的”堅定“
這次裁員，是馬斯克從北京返美后的第一天進行的。
在最新發給高管的電子郵件中，馬斯克表示，他希望特斯拉在裁員問題上要“絕對堅定”。
據悉，此次解僱的高管中包括了電動汽車充電高級總監麗貝卡·蒂努奇 (Rebecca Tinucci) 和汽車項目總監丹尼爾·何（Daniel Ho）。
蒂努奇在特斯拉工作的六年時間裏，主要負責特斯拉超級充電站網絡的推廣，包括努力讓其他公司採用特斯拉開發的北美充電標準（NACS）。丹尼爾·何在特斯拉工作了十年，曾擔任汽車項目和新產品計劃總監，以及Model S、3和Y汽車的項目經理。
此外，蒂努奇帶領的約500人超級充電站團隊也將被裁員。前高管羅漢·帕特爾（Rohan Patel）領導的公共政策團隊的大部分人員也將被解僱。
據悉，這些裁員是在最近裁員10%的基礎上進行的，而馬斯克的郵件還為更多的裁員留下了空間。
此前，因為競爭加劇和銷量的滑坡，特斯拉就計劃在全球大裁員10%。
而當時，馬斯克不是很滿意這個裁員比例，他希望將特斯拉的員工人數削減20%，比例應該與特斯拉2024年第一季度的銷量降幅相當。
“沒有什麼比裁員更讓我討厭了，但我又必須這麼做。這將使我們能夠精簡、創新，並渴求下一個增長週期。”
”大家都很懵“
只是此次裁員的突襲，似乎讓所有人都措手不及。
特斯拉戰略充電項目主管William Jameson在X上發帖稱：
“已確認——@特斯拉@埃隆·馬斯克已將我們的整個超充組織解散。這對於充電網絡、NACS以及我們在整個行業所做的所有令人興奮的工作意味着什麼，我還不知道。這是一次多麼瘋狂的旅程。但同時，這也為行業提供了一個難得的機會，使它能夠利用該領域新出現的人才和專業知識。如果特斯拉拱手讓出了充電皇冠，誰會站出來？”
值得注意的是，特斯拉此前與包括通用汽車、福特等在內的汽車製造商建立了合作關係，並同意允許非特斯拉電動汽車駕駛員在其設備上充電。
但此次的裁員動作，似乎正在限制特斯拉美國超級充電網絡的發展計劃，這讓人看的很懵。
超級充電站網絡承包商Bullet EV的聯合首席執行官安德烈斯·平特（Andres Pinter）表示：
“我的團隊今天早上醒來時發現被人狠狠地踢了一腳。”
他認為，其他充電網絡需要數年時間才能趕上，但特斯拉放棄了在美國積極擴張的近期計劃，為其他參與者留下了空間。
“特斯拉已經根據聯邦政府的NEVI計劃獲得了資金。馬斯克不可能放棄有效的免費資金。他可能會以更大、更糟糕、更馬斯克的方式重組電動汽車充電團隊。”
對此，通用汽車和福特在聲明中表示，他們不會改變為其電動汽車配備連接器的計劃，這些連接器將允許雪佛蘭、凱迪拉克或福特品牌電動汽車的司機在特斯拉充電站充電。
馬斯克也在 X 上回應稱：
“特斯拉仍計劃發展超級充電站網絡，只是新地點的步伐較慢，更多地關注 100% 的正常運行時間和現有地點的擴張。”
另外，因為泄露特斯拉的裁員信息，馬斯克還取關了他的鐵粉分析師。馬斯克稱：“不要發佈泄露機密信息的帖子，然後指望我關注。”
週末，馬斯克在取消印度出行後閃現到了北京，以推動特斯拉FSD在華落地。
不過僅待了一天，馬斯克的極速訪華便宣佈結束，特斯拉也因此暴升了兩日。
美國銀行認為，馬斯克中國行為特斯拉掃清了在華推出FSD軟件的障礙，這可能會提高該公司在未來十年的盈利。
該行預測，2030年特斯拉FSD在中國的盈利可能超過20億美元。
