以色列批准進攻拉法計劃
據《以色列時報》報道，當地時間28日，以色列國防軍總參謀長哈勒維在位於貝爾謝巴的南方司令部總部批准了一項作戰計劃。據報道，在以軍即將對加沙地帶南部城市拉法發起進攻之前，該計劃獲得批准。以軍表示，出席會議並“批准繼續作戰計劃”的，還有南方司令部司令芬克爾曼少將，以及該司令部所有師、旅的負責人。
美國1/5市售牛奶檢出禽流感病毒片段
截至目前，美國已有9個州報吿發現奶牛羣感染禽流感病毒。據美國農業部數據，在過去的30天裏，美國養雞場中至少有800萬隻禽類被感染。另據美國食品和藥物管理局的最新調查，對全美零售牛奶抽樣檢測的初步結果顯示，約1/5的樣本在qPCR檢測中檢出病毒片段。FDA沒有透露已經檢測了多少種乳製品，但補充説，計劃對來自38個州的297種產品進行更多檢測。
俄羅斯臨時取消部分煤炭出口關税
俄羅斯政府表示，決定在今年5月1日至8月31日期間取消動力煤和無煙煤的出口關税。該決定旨在支持國內煤炭工業企業。
俄羅斯政府自3月1日起對煤炭實施彈性出口關税，關税税率與盧布匯率掛鈎。根據盧布匯率的不同，税率從4%到7%不等。如果盧布對美元匯率低於80比1，則關税為0。目前，盧布對美元匯率約為92比1。
東南亞熱浪導致學校停課，引發電力需求
據彭博，菲律賓宣佈將停止公立學校的面授課程，而泰國的電力需求則升至創紀錄水平，因為席捲南亞的熱浪繼續造成損失。
據國家天氣預報稱，週六馬尼拉大都會的氣温飆升至 38.8 攝氏度（101.8 華氏度）。據 ABS-CBN 新聞報道，這一數字打破了 1915 年 5 月創下的歷史新高。為了應對悶熱的天氣和全國範圍內的吉普車運輸罷工，教育部在週一和週二關閉了公立學校。泰國能源部稱，週六晚間泰國電力需求達到創紀錄的 36,356 兆瓦。預計該國北部和東北部地區將是最熱的，週日部分地區最高氣温將達到44攝氏度。
馬斯克又訪華，特斯拉尋求自動駕駛技術在中國推廣
據路透社，特斯拉CEO埃隆·馬斯克週日（28日）搭乘航班前往北京，爭取推動FSD全自動駕駛在中國落地。報道稱，這是他對中國“一次令人意外的訪問”。
一名知情人士稱，馬斯克尋求與中國高級官員會面，討論在中國推出全自動駕駛（Full-Self Driving，簡稱FSD）軟件。此外，知情人士還透露，馬斯克或尋求獲准將在中國收集的數據轉移到國外，用以訓練自動駕駛技術算法。
阿達尼集團：耗資約200億美元建造太陽能和風力發電廠
據CNN，阿達尼集團旗下清潔能源部門，正在印度西部的古吉拉特邦建造龐大的太陽能和風力發電廠，佔地200多平方英里，耗資約200億美元，摺合人民幣約1400億元。全球清潔能源市場投資規模已突破10萬億元級別。國際能源署《清潔能源市場監測》報吿顯示，2019年至2023年期間，全球清潔能源投資增長近50%，2023年更是達到了1.8萬億美元（摺合人民幣約12.9萬億元），年均增長率約為10%。值得一提的是，2023年全球清潔能源部署達到了新的高度，其中太陽能光伏發電和風電的新增裝機容量分別實現了85%和60%的同比增長。
必和必拓據悉擬提高對英美資源集團的收購報價，此前提案遭拒
據路透社，知情人士稱，必和必拓考慮提高對英美資源集團的收購報價，或於未來幾周內提出。該消息人士稱，討論仍在進行中，必和必拓尚未就新方案的規模和結構做出決定。必和必拓方面對此表示，公司不對“謠言和猜測”發表評論。
英美資源集團當地時間26日發佈聲明，拒絕必和必拓高達390億美元的收購建議，稱這大大低估了公司前景。必和必拓提出的是全股票交易方案，英美資源集團須先把在南非鉑金和鐵礦石業務的控股權分拆給股東，然後再被必和必拓收購。
