智中國際(06063.HK)盈喜:預計年度綜合淨溢利約300萬港元 實現轉虧為盈
格隆匯4月26日丨智中國際(06063.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團於截至2024年3月31日止年度將錄得綜合淨溢利約300萬港元,相比2023年3月31日止年度(“上期年度”)的經審核綜合淨虧損為約810萬港元,實現轉虧為盈。
董事會認為上述轉虧為盈主要由於隨着防疫措施及限制於2022年12月解除以及若干主要項目的建設進度正常化,收益相較於上期年度為約1.906億港元上升約27.1%;及因加強項目成本控制而得以改善毛利率的綜合影響。
