炒股炒成前十股東！幼兒園豪擲千萬炒股，什麼來頭？
九鼎投資2023年年報前十股東一項變動引發熱議。
九鼎投資近日披露的2023年年報顯示，曲靖市麒麟區陽光花園陽光幼兒園（以下簡稱“陽光花園陽光幼兒園”）以持有139.38萬股成為公司第七大股東。
值得注意的是，在九鼎投資披露的2023年三季報中，曲靖市麒麟區陽光花園陽光幼兒園並未出現在該公司前十大股東行列。這也意味着該幼兒園可能是在去年第四季度買入的股票。
4月25日，九鼎投資證券事務部工作人員表示，公司旗下子公司確實曾是雲南世博九鼎的合夥人，但在2023年已經全面退夥。該工作人員還表示，目前陽光幼兒園確實是公司股東，但公司並不瞭解該股東的情況和買入原因，“它（指幼兒園）買之前、買之後，和我們都沒有關聯關係。”
據時代週報，Wind數據顯示，九鼎投資2023年第四季度的最高價為20.90元，最低價為11.74元，成交均價約為15.77元/股。以15.77元/股的成交均價推算，陽光花園陽光幼兒園購買139.38萬股九鼎投資需要斥資2198萬元；即使陽光花園陽光幼兒園以最低價11.74元買入139.38萬股九鼎投資，也需要動用資金1636萬元。
民辦幼兒園，背後隱現九鼎身影
企洞察顯示，陽光幼兒園成立於2021年5月21日，開辦資金僅為3萬元，法定代表人為王愛平，是一家民辦幼兒園。
通過股權穿透，幼兒園的投資方似乎和九鼎投資旗下子公司設立的旅遊文化企業投資的教育公司有着聯繫。
公開資料顯示，陽光花園陽光幼兒園是雲南世博陽光教育投資股份有限公司（下稱“雲南世博陽光”）投資的諸多幼兒園之一，王愛平不僅是陽光花園陽光幼兒園園長，也是雲南世博陽光的董事。
天眼查顯示，雲南世博教育成立於2010年3月，註冊資本2040.81萬元，法定代表人是張瑩。該公司目前有兩大股東，分別是雲南世博九鼎旅遊文化合夥企業（有限合夥）（簡稱“雲南世博九鼎”）和雲南長天置業有限公司，持股比例為50.9998%和49.0002%。
其中，雲南世博九鼎的“關聯產品/機構”顯示為九鼎投資，雲南天長置業由王愛平100%持股，但該公司已於2023年9月26日被註銷。
去年業績下降逾九成
房地產業務虧損擴大114.6%
財務數據方面，2023年九鼎投資實現營業收入2.81億元，同比減少35.07%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤0.15億元，同比減少91.19%。
其中私募股權投資管理業務實現營業收入2.70億元，同比減少32.22%，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤0.50億元，同比減少73.66%。
此外，房地產業務實現營業收入0.10億元，同比減少68.84%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤0.35億元，同比虧損擴大114.62%。
對於業績下滑的原因，九鼎投資的解釋，即“公司私募股權投資管理業務存量基金進入退出期導致管理費收入減少，同時項目退出數量和項目投資收益率較上年同期下降導致公司收取的管理報酬收入及公司自有資金投資收益減少，本期公允價值變動下降幅度高於上年同期，公司房地產業務本期可結轉收入較上年同期減少，前述原因綜合導致公司本期業績同比減少。”
