格隆匯4月23日丨鹿山新材(603051.SH)在投資者互動平台表示,在固態鋰電池電芯內部關鍵材料方面,公司開發了固態鋰電池用硅碳負極功能粘結材料(PAA)。硅是目前已知能用於負極的理論比容量最高的材料之一,並且儲量豐富和成本較低,是提高鋰電池能量密度的有效解決方案,被認為是適配高比能固態電池的理想負極材料之一。但硅負極材料存在體積變化大的缺陷,在循環過程中會產生較大的膨脹效應而導致電池循環壽命降低。公司開發的硅碳負極功能粘結材料(PAA)不僅具有良好的分散性和優異的粘接性能,而且具備出色的電化學動力性和穩定性,可有效抑制和解決硅基負極的膨脹效應,大幅提升硅碳負極循環壽命,可應用於液態和固態鋰電池中硅基負極極片的粘結方案。以PAA在硅碳負極中的添加量為3%的情況下來計算,隨着硅基負極的進一步發展,預計PAA材料市場空間前景廣闊,市場容量巨大。
