大行評級|高盛:下調中國太平目標價至6.4港元 維持“沽售”評級
高盛發表報吿指,中國太平2023財年整體淨利潤符合該行預期,但扣除5.01億元永久次級債融資成本後,每股盈利低於預期。該行將2024至2026財年整體淨利潤預測下調4至7%,主要反映其他業務部門的回報率下降。因此,在扣除永久次級債融資成本後,該行對中國太平2024至2026財年每股盈利預測下調15至18%。同時將2024至2026財年新業務價值預測上調5至15%,按實際匯率計算的新業務價值預測上調0至3%。該行將其目標價由相應由7港元下調至6.4港元,維持“沽售”評級。
