上置集團(01207.HK)盈警:預期中期擁有人應占虧損2億元
格隆匯4月3日丨上置集團(01207.HK)公吿,根據董事會對集團截至2023年6月30日止6個月("2023年中期")未經審核綜合管理賬目的初步審閲,集團錄得未經審核公司擁有人應占虧損預期約為人民幣2億元,而2022年同期公司擁有人應占虧損為人民幣1.47億元。
集團2023年中期虧損預期有所增加,主要是由於(1)儘管物業銷售、出租及經營收入較上年度有所改善,快速變現若干物業卻導致毛利率下降;及(2)有息負債增加導致利息支出同比有所增加。
