中國同輻(01763.HK)擬設立合資開展特色農產品的保鮮、保藏、滅菌等深加工服務
格隆匯4月3日丨中國同輻(01763.HK)公吿，於2024年4月3日，公司與中核海南核電就成立合資公司訂立投資合作協議。根據投資合作協議，合資公司註冊資本為人民幣5000萬元，其中，公司將以貨幣資金出資人民幣2550萬元，中核海南核電將以貨幣資金出資人民幣2450萬元。合資公司成立後，公司及中核海南核電將分別持有合資公司51%及49%的股權，合資公司將成為公司的附屬公司。
合資公司將以電子加速器輻照加工為主業，開展特色農產品的保鮮、保藏、滅菌等深加工服務和多種經營，促進玉林及周邊地方特色農產品高質量發展，成為玉林乃至廣西輻照應用領域的頭部企業。
核電是中核集團核心產業，核電廠址在國內已是稀缺資源，發展作為清潔能源的核電利國利民，得到地方政府和民眾支持的核電廠址至關重要。輻照加工作為直接關係民生的加工服務業，已經得到玉林市政府和當地百姓的關注，希望以此為當地的特色農產品產業升級助力和支持。本公司與中核海南核電攜手，在玉林市合作建設輻照加工企業，推動雙方建立有效溝通機制，成為一個合作典範，互為支持，共謀發展，是實現中核集團產業協同發展的需要。
核技術應用產業是中核集團重要的產業發展方向，輻照技術應用是中核集團核技術應用產業中的三大業務板塊之一，輻照加工是輻照技術應用業務的重要組成部分。合資公司設立是實現輻照應用產業規劃的需要。
設立合資公司可填補玉林市及周邊輻照加工業務的空白。以更環保更便捷的輻照滅菌、殺蟲技術代替部分傳統的高温、硫磺薰蒸等技術，保障滅菌更徹底，無有毒物殘留，可直接處理包裝好的產品，防止交叉污染，質量控制更簡單可靠。前期在玉林市市場調研發現，目前利用輻照加工技術處理的產品很少，但在當地的特殊農產品如陳皮和中藥材殺蟲保藏、香辛料和寵物飼料滅菌、預製菜和禽肉保鮮等方面有可以通過輻照技術加工的方法，在保持食品的色、香、味和營養成份不發生改變的前提下，可提供一種易控制、可連續、無殘留及成本低、高安全的處理辦法，利於地區產業升級，更可為助力當地初級原料業態向附加值更高的深加工業態轉型升級提供必要的配套設施。
