瀾起科技(688008.SH):PCIe 5.0/CXL 2.0 Retimer芯片已經成功導入部分境內外主流雲計算/互聯網廠商的AI服務器採購項目
格隆匯4月3日丨瀾起科技(688008.SH)在互動平台表示,在AI時代,公司的4款高性能“運力”芯片將會受益: 1、MRCD/MDB芯片。AI相關應用的快速發展,將顯著推動系統對內存帶寬和容量的需求,相應帶動服務器內存接口及模組配套芯片的需求保持穩定向上,並進一步增加對高帶寬內存模組MRDIMM以及MRCD/MDB的需求。公司作為內存接口芯片的行業領跑者,也是MDB芯片國際標準的牽頭制定者,研發進度領先,公司有能力在該產品未來的全球市場中佔據重要份額。 2、PCIe 5.0 Retimer 芯片。隨着AI應用的增長,需要配置GPU BOX的場景越來越多,將增加對PCIe Retimer芯片的需求。公司於2023年成功量產PCIe 5.0/CXL 2.0 Retimer芯片,是全球領先的PCIe 5.0/CXL 2.0 Retimer芯片供應商之一,相關芯片的核心底層技術(SerDes)是瀾起自研的,因此,瀾起相關產品在時延、信道適應能力方面具有競爭優勢。目前,瀾起的PCIe 5.0/CXL 2.0 Retimer芯片已經成功導入部分境內外主流雲計算/互聯網廠商的AI服務器採購項目,將在今年實現規模出貨。 3、MXC芯片。AI相關應用將帶動計算機內存容量需求呈指數級增長,未來對內存擴展和內存池化的應用需求將隨之增長,這將為CXL內存擴展控制器芯片(MXC)帶來長期廣闊的成長空間。瀾起科技全球首發CXL MXC芯片,同時也是首家進入CXL合規供應商清單的MXC芯片廠商。 4、CKD芯片。由於AI PC需要更高帶寬的內存提升整體運算性能,將增加更高速率DDR5內存的需求。當DDR5數據速率達到6400MT/s及以上時,PC端內存(如台式機及筆記本電腦的UDIMM、SODIMM模組),須採用一顆專用的CKD芯片。瀾起科技發佈了業界首款CKD芯片工程樣片,相關技術行業領先,公司有能力在該產品未來的全球市場中佔據重要份額。
