中超控股(002471.SZ)：江蘇精鑄具備航空發動機渦輪後機匣等大型複雜薄壁高温合金精密鑄件製造能力
格隆匯4月1日丨中超控股(002471.SZ)在投資者互動平台表示，孫公司江蘇精鑄專業從事高温合金精密鑄件的製造，轉化上海交大前期航空發動機及燃氣輪機、航天特種飛行器、運載火箭等關鍵熱端零部件的技術研發成果，並進一步研究優化高温合金精密鑄件批量化生產工藝。 目前，江蘇精鑄技術團隊由上海交通大學材料科技與工程學院高温材料精密鑄造研究團隊成員、國內外航空發動機製造行業高技術人才以及社會經營管理人才組建而成。江蘇精鑄聯合上海交通大學組成了一支材料、製造、檢測等多學科交叉的技術團隊，團隊負責人及主要研究人員均為上海交通大學高温材料精密鑄造工程實驗室（上海市先進高温材料及其精密成形重點實驗室）科研骨幹，多人入選國家或省部級人才計劃，擔任國家級行業專家和學術職務。
江蘇精鑄具備航空發動機渦輪後機匣等大型複雜薄壁高温合金精密鑄件製造能力，依託與上海交通大學的合作，開發了多項航空發動機高温合金大型復 雜薄壁鑄件相關的技術專利，其中已授權的發明專利24項、實用新型12項，參與國家標準編制2項、行業團體標準編制6項，承擔省市級各類科研項目3項。
公司建立了完備的技術體系、質保體系與尖端裝備研發所需的專門體系。2021年江蘇精鑄生產的直徑超過1200mm的航發燃氣輪機渦輪機匣前段、中段及後段產品，成功應用於國產航改某型燃氣輪機，研製的亞洲最大國產寬體客機發動機高温合金超大型複雜薄壁渦輪後機匣鑄件於2022年通過了新產品鑑定，產品技術認定為國際領先水平。 公司已披露的向特定對象發行股票項目，其項目募集資金擬用於航空航天發動機及燃氣輪機高端零部件製造項目、先進高温合金精密成型智能製造技術研發項目及補充流動資金，募投項目實施後將進一步提升公司鑄件產品生產效率並擴大產能，項目滿產後將形成年產1,000噸高端鑄件生產能力，預計產值超40億元。
