格隆匯3月28日丨KEEP(03650.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2023年12月31日止年度，總收入為人民幣21.378億元，較去年同期下降3.3%，主要由於電商消費者信心低於預期，影響了自有品牌運動產品的收入，以及集團對新產品擴張和市場策略都採取相對審慎的策略；虛擬體育賽事業務的強勁表現，推動線上會員及付費內容收入實現增長，大部分抵消了健身產品收入減少的影響。2023年的毛利率取得顯著改善，毛利率由去年的40.7%上升至45.0%。2023年的經調整淨虧損額(非國際財務報吿準則計量)從2022年人民幣6.669億元大幅收窄至人民幣2.954億元。2023年下半年，經調整淨虧損率(非國際財務報吿準則計量)進一步收窄至6.3%，相較去年同期為29.1%。該等財務指標反映出集團在提升線上內容和服務品質、實施更高效的新產品策略、加強供應鏈管理和提高員工人效方面所取得的進展。這些舉措幫助集團通過提高收入質量、擴大毛利率和提高運營槓桿，進而推動長期可持續的增長。基於2023年打下的良好基礎，集團在2024年將繼續完善和執行核心業務計劃，進一步賦能追求健康積極生活方式的用户。
2023年的平均月活躍用户和平均月度訂閲會員數分別為2980萬和320萬，而2022年同期分別為3640萬和360萬。這些下降主要原因為：(i)2023年年初COVID-19病例激增，以及疫情後線下休閒和旅遊活動的增加，導致健身活動暫時減少；(ii)2022年，與COVID-19相關的措施限制了户外活動，產生了月活躍用户和訂閲會員的高基數效應；及(iii)由於集團的成本管控策略，減少營銷投放活動和獲客相關支出。在2023年下半年，平均月活躍用户和平均月度訂閲會員人數降幅有所收窄，並與2023年上半年相比已開始恢復，這凸顯了隨着集團逐步推出新的户外方案，支撐集團重新獲得增長動力。此外，集團升級內容和服務，推動會員滲透率從去年的10.0%提高至2023年的10.7%。得益於虛擬體育賽事業務的持續增長，集團的每名月活躍用户的每月平均收入在2023年同比增長17.6%。
