大同集團(00544.HK)年度權益持有人應占溢利約570萬港元 同比增加18.8%
格隆匯3月27日丨大同集團(00544.HK)宣佈,截至2023年12月31日止年度,集團收入總額約為298,000,000港元,同比增加約9.2%。公司權益持有人應占溢利約5,700,000港元,同比增加18.8%。
董事會認為,溢利微增主要歸因於(i)中國內地食品及飲料貿易及銷售業務轉虧為盈。由於實施有效銷售策略,該項業務的收入較2022年大幅增加約100.6%;及(ii)因出售一間附屬公司錄得一次性收益。上述有利因素部分由以下方面所抵銷:(iii)冷凍倉庫及相關服務業務於2023年錄得收入較2022年下降約3.3%;及(iv)並無自香港特別行政區政府收到於2022年可領取的保就業計劃下的政府補貼。
