格隆匯3月26日丨美麗田園醫療健康(02373.HK)發佈截至2023年12月31日止年度全年業績公吿，2023年集團全年總營業收入達人民幣21.5億元，同比增長31.2%。其中，基石業務美容和保健服務穩健增長，全年收入達人民幣11.9億元，同比增長26.1%。增值服務加速增長，醫療美容服務收入達人民幣8.5億元，同比增長37.1%。亞健康醫療服務收入人民幣1.01億元，同比增長47.6%。收入提升帶來的規模效應和持續優化的業務結構推動公司整體盈利水平提升，集團毛利率由2022年的43.9%提升至45.6%。淨利潤達人民幣2.3億元，同比增長108.2%，淨利潤率增長至10.7%，較2022年上升4.0個百分點。董事會已議決建議派發截至2023年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股0.47港元。
財務數據的強勁表現，主要得益於集團在品牌影響力、產品、服務競爭力以及客户經營能力的不斷進步。這些因素共同發力，促進了會員數量的穩步增長。2023年，美麗田園直營門店接待客流126.0萬，同比增長33.1%。隨着集團服務質量的提升和產品的持續創新，越來越多的到店客流轉化為活躍會員，2023年直營活躍會員數達9.4萬，同比增長19.6%。更值得關注的是，活躍會員的質量持續優化，表現為客户消費力水平和品牌忠誠度不斷增強，2023年每名直營門店會員年平均消費人民幣20,695元，對比2022年同比淨增人民幣2,109元。活躍會員年平均到店10.6次，同比提升1.1次。活躍會員在最近12個月復購率高達84.3%，同比提升了1.1個百分點。在獨特的雙美商業模式下，集團持續將美容和保健會員轉化為高毛利增值業務的客户。2023年，25.0%的美容和保健會員購買或消費醫療美容或亞健康醫療服務，同比增加了1.3個百分點。
業務規模高速增長主要是由於集團堅定執行內生性增長與外延式擴展並舉的發展戰略。在內生增長方面，公司積極擴張門店網絡，成果顯着。截至2023年12月31日，集團門店數量已突破400家，其中直營店201家，加盟店199家；全年新開及收購門店50家，其中新開或收購直營門店19家，及新開加盟店31家。
