格隆匯3月21日丨中國智能科技(00464.HK)發佈公吿,於2024年3月21日,東莞建福(公司間接全資附屬公司)與東莞家利來(一家由林先生(公司於附屬公司層面的關連人士)間接全資擁有的公司)訂立租賃協議,據此,東莞家利來(作為出租人)將向東莞建福(作為承租人)出租租賃物業,月租為人民幣250,000元,自2024年4月1日起至2027年3月31日止。租賃物業位於中國廣東省東莞市常平鎮霞坑村工業區工業一路7號,總建築面積為21,051平方米。
