保利置業集團(00119.HK):2023年純利增長77%至14.45億元 末期息8.3港仙
格隆匯3月21日丨保利置業集團(00119.HK)發佈公吿,截至2023年12月31日止全年,集團的收入為人民幣409.32億元(2022年:人民幣411.27億元),較去年微跌0.5%。股東應占溢利為人民幣14.45億元(2022年:人民幣8.16億元),較去年增長77.0%。每股基本及攤薄後盈利均為人民幣37.81分,同比增長74.2%。董事會建議派發末期股息每股8.3港仙。
2023年,置業集團合約銷售金額同比增長7%至人民幣536億元,合約銷售面積225.2萬平方米。合約銷售均價人民幣23,805元╱平方米,其中內地市場合約銷售均價人民幣21,996元╱平方米,同比增長9%。單盤合約銷售金額超過人民幣10億元的項目達到13個,包括香港澐璟、崑山保利璀璨璟園、上海保利明玥宸光、寧波保利瑧譽、南寧保利領秀前城二期、上海保利瓏譽、濟南保利臻譽、寧波保利朗玥旭章、深圳保利龍譽、濟南保利天禧二期、濟南保利公園上城、崑山明月璟辰苑和濟南保利瓏譽。
2023年,置業集團共取得11個開發項目,分佈位於上海、崑山、蘇州、杭州、廣州、南寧和濟南。年內新增土地儲備總建築面積約182.3萬平方米,土地成本保持在合理水平。
