格隆匯3月20日丨英恒科技(01760.HK)公吿，2023年集團的整體業績錄得理想增長。收入總額按年增長約20%至人民幣58億元，主要得益於新能源汽車、智駕網聯及安全系統板塊增長帶動。其中，新能源汽車期內收入增加超過35%，與市場表現基本一致。新能源汽車板塊佔公司收入的比例由42.8%提升至48%。車身系統、安全系統及動力系統板塊收入分別錄得8%、33%和3%的穩步增長，各自佔總收入16%、15%及8%。智駕網聯業務收入則大幅上升59%，佔總收入7%。受市場需求調整影響的雲服務器板塊收入按年下跌52%，僅佔集團收入4%，與按年收入增長20%的服務收入佔比相約。
回顧年內，集團毛利為人民幣1,083.6百萬元，年內股東應占利潤為人民幣317.4百萬元。
集團始終將研發視為發展戰略的核心環節。隨着電動化和智能化成為全球汽車行業的大趨勢，其複雜度愈來愈高，集團在此方面的技術優勢愈見突出。2023年，集團繼續加大研發方面的投入，研發費用較去年同期增加56%至人民幣520.2百萬元，佔集團收入比例從6.9%提升至9.0%。於2023年12月31日，集團共有1,081名全職研發相關技術人員，佔員工總數70%。年內，集團共擁有268項專利及217項軟件版權，分別較去年同期增加33及30項。
集團於2023年度更精準的捕捉自動駕駛、智能駕駛和汽車網聯的市場機遇，該業務收入大幅增加59%至人民幣404.7百萬元，佔總收入由2022年的5.3%逐步提升至7.0%。業務表現理想，基於集團的相關解決方案在中國新能源汽車上的裝配率持續提升，並獲取更多項目。主要終端客户包括市場上領先的新能源汽車品牌。新電子電氣架構生意增長勢頭明顯，未來會給集團帶來豐厚業績回報，是公司未來業績增長的主要因素。
於2023年上半年，集團正式推出高性能艙駕一體控制器解決方案MADC3.5，針對L2+和L2++等級自動駕駛場景，在功能安全、訊息安全和艙駕一體化方面全面升級，體現了集團對自動駕駛域控制器架構設計的深入理解。
展望未來，雖然整車行業競爭激烈，但在全球汽車電動化、智能化及網聯化的趨勢下，集團對業務增長保持審慎樂觀，並繼續圍繞電動化與智能化去配合整車廠需求，不斷提升產業服務平台，以及賦能國產半導體的方案設計和應用實施。此外，集團將持續研發投入，鞏固在行業內的領導地位，以達致長遠可持續增長，為股東帶來理想回報。
