助力產業可持續發展，卓爾智聯旗下化塑匯榮獲GRS認證
近日，卓爾智聯旗下化塑匯再生塑料交易服務平台——遼寧塑來新材料有限公司獲得全球回收標準(GRS)認證，標誌着公司在可持續發展道路上又邁出了堅實的一步。
GRS(Global Recycled Standard)全球回收標準是一項國際、自願和全面的產品標準，旨在推動再生材料的使用，減少對環境的負面影響。認證審核包含社會責任、環境、化學品、產品再生成分和供應鏈要求四個方面。本次化塑匯獲得認證的有PP、PE、ABS、PC、PS等12個品類。
積極響應國家"雙碳"政策，助力產業綠色低碳可持續發展，化塑匯於2023年攜手雙巍組建了集研發、生產、銷售服務為一體的再生塑料產業試驗園，秉承"供應穩定、質量穩定、服務流程標準化"的經營目標，致力於打造"全產業鏈條+"的塑料PCR再生資源綜合回收利用加工處理體系。園區佔地51畝，並配備了38台專用設備，月均生產再生塑料顆粒2500噸，片材3000噸，服務範圍覆蓋木塑、花盆、管道、托盤、改性材料、卷材、電纜、家電、汽車配件等領域。
為促進供應鏈資源的循環利用，雙方還共同搭建了"再生塑料雲工廠"，貫通從原料採購、生產標準化管理到平台銷售等環節的全鏈流程，將"以產定銷"轉變為"以銷定產"。截至目前，"再生塑料雲工廠"已經鏈接下游塑料製品企業100多家，累計實現原料供應15000噸。基於"雲工廠"模式，化塑匯還擬在全國建立5個原料交付中心，形成虛擬和實體相結合的複合型製造新形態，為客户提供更好的製造體驗。
當前，"加強生態文明建設 推進綠色低碳發展"已被列為政府工作重點任務之一，強化固體廢物、新污染物、塑料污染治理更是其中的關鍵環節。積極響應國家號召，立足產業發展需求，化塑匯將堅持綠色低碳發展理念，積極履行社會責任，攜手更多客户推動再生(PCR)材料在多元化市場中快速發展。
